Habla, we are here to talk.
“Serving all of California from the comfort of your own home.”
Habla is a women of color–owned and operated private practice based in Pasadena, CA. I created Habla with a clear purpose: to offer compassionate, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally aware mental health care for individuals and families who need it most.
At Habla, care is more than a service—it’s a commitment. A commitment to safety, consistency, and showing up with reliability and heart. My goal is to provide a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered—especially those who have historically been overlooked or underserved in mental health spaces.
Habla is deeply rooted in community. That means making therapy more accessible and affordable to those who might not otherwise seek support—whether because of financial barriers, language, or cultural disconnect. I offer culturally affirming therapy in Spanish and hold a limited number of reduced-fee slots for low-income students and families.
This is a place where you can come as you are—and where your story matters.

If cost is a concern, feel free to ask me about income-adjusted fees—I want therapy to be as accessible as possible.
